This bonafide temple of gastronomy has finally landed the City of Light, offering Frenchies a new outlet to perfect the “Art of Living” across three floors where you can eat, buy and learn the secrets of cucina Italiana.

Created in Turin in 2007 by Oscar Farinetti, and already considered the ‘foodies’ holy grail 13 countries — including top city hubs like New York, Seoul, Stockholm, Dubai, and Tokyo —  the Paris location opened this spring in the capital, behind the BHV building in the heart of the chic Marais district, and aims to offer “Parisians the excellences of cooking and Italian culture”.

Here, you’ll find 26,000 square feet of seven different eateries, including eight market counters, a butcher, a baker, a cheesemonger, fresh mozzarella, and fresh pasta stands, plus fruit and vegetable stalls in an open-air space — there’s even a cooking school, and an Italian wine cellar — the largest in all of Paris, offering over 1,200 unique labels to choose from.

Perfect for: Any time! Visitors can enjoy the different spaces at any time of the day. In the morning, Il Caffè serves the traditional cornetto and Lavazza espresso, La Gelateria offers Italian-style ice creams signed Venchi, at the time of the aperitivo, towards the Bar Torino which declines spritz and fluffy focaccias. In La Piazza, you sip glasses of wine while nibbling on mozzarella and delicatessen. While at Pasta e Pizza we have lunch and dinner fresh homemade pasta, pizzas or tiramisù.
